The last point mentioned brought me to bow and tear up at God’s Unconditional Love for you and me. When we look up and acknowledge that there’s a Loving Presence that is continually paying attention to us, gently guiding us, we open up and allow its Omnipotence carry us in its amazing grace, ease and peace. I have a staples easy button!!!! Had it for 15 + yrs. I would pray.. send it off and hit the easy button... I called it my God Button. I broke it out and set it on deck rail where I meditate. Been out there for weeks with me... meditation been on ease. Lol!!!!!!!!!

Well that sure enough was profound. Past year I viewed myself as lazy, and also at the same time,... awareness I didn’t want to do anything I didn’t want to do.... and would sit.. do nothing but ponder thoughts. It was all about slowing down... ease. ( thought something was wrong with me for a while..health). Therapeutic Sound assisted the brain to slow enough to stop momentum and redirect thoughts. All about empowerment... wellbeing that is.
