Either there was a policy about it at this show/venue or an Amenra-crowd is just different. Their music certainly inspires enough emotions that I'd hate to stand around with a God damn screen in front of my face!

@@jakobsievers don't think there was a policy as I've never had that before at Amenra shows. Must admit that the crowd is just different. It's catharsis and you endure it with everyone there, for a moment everyone is your best friend, your brother or your sister. No matter where you go and see them, it is always something special. Festivals might be different but club shows is definitely something else!
@@jakobsievers Amenra shows are different and hit different. If it touches you, it's cathartic, soul-cleansing. There's no movement in the crowd, almost no phones and no talking. You can hear a needle drop during the silent parts, everyone is fighting their inner demons. The atmosphere and emotional force in the room is breathtaking. When they're done with you, you're left speechless. I can't speak for hours and I always need 2-3 days to comprehend what happened to me when I saw them. It's deeply touching. Most painful, most beautiful.
Saw them countless times. Festivals are different. You get a lot of people that are there because they heard about the experience you described perfectly.
For example there's laughter, applaude between songs,... nevertheless always great to see them, but clubshows are far superior :)
