  • Starting from the Bronze statue of Hans Christian Anderson right opposite Tivoli Gardens our self guided tour takes us to Tivoli itself where we ride the Flying Trunk, a whimsical storybook ride through the best of the famous tales, from here we visit Hans Christian Andersen Fairytale house, a museum where we not only learn more about the man himself we also walk through living stories as animatronic displays & projections once again bring his stories to life, Finally we head for the coast where we find The Little Mermaid upon the Rocks, the famous little statue which has become a symbol of Copenhagen & Denmark itself.

some of Andersen's fairy tales have sad endings and happy endings but they are still wonderful enchanting.

i think to remember that i know why also he wrote the little mermaid with a sad ending
because he didn't get to be with any person he used to love ending up being unmarried
so the moral of the little mermaid like
    Olaf from Disney's frozen said
"Love is like putting someone's needs before yours."
and the sad yet bittersweet ending was OK to me with Andersen's way as he have his stories based on his life.

Like the way you analyse and put your own thoughts in to the stories, another good reason why you should set up a blog or channel, you would be really good

there are movies of those like Disney's little mermaid but with a happy ending version in it to replace the sad ending of Anderson's version
and so is the steadfast tin soldier from Disney's Fantasia 2000.
there's Don Bluth's cartoon film Thumbelina
and Disney's frozen based on the snow queen.

while i still respect Andersen's original sad endings of the fairy tales because that's the way he wrote them since he's the writer for his stories
i just don't want to be sad because i'm into of traditional happily ever after endings of every fairy tale in my life so hopefully no hard feelings of this i still really like him of his fascinated imaginations.
