    I thought aspirin is anti platelet aggregation I’m confused with the anti thrombotic and anti platelet

      Same. It’s an anti-platelet agent.

      Anti thrombolytic destroys clots that are already formed

    A standing ovation 👏🏻 for you 👏🏻👏🏻👍👍. Professor D please I have a problem on how to differentiate between myocardial infarction and Angina , it confuses me

    • @nurseanastasia0304
      @nurseanastasia0304 Před 11 měsíci

      Angina think. Narrowing of the vessels hence very low blood perfusion which pains can be relieved using nitroglycerin
      MI is caused by total blockage of the blood vessels resulting to no organ perfusion especially the heart , its pain cannot be resolved with nitroglycerin hence heart failure to death😊
