is it a religious theocracy - Saudis "justice" system is directly related to the rules of Islam. Women imprisoned, Journalists murdered. refugees shot at with RPGs at the boarder and homosexual people (with confessions forcibly BEATEN out of them) were publicly murdered in the biggest mass execution in Saudi history less than 2 years ago.
