To be frank my english was poor.. lucky i had a gf who can speak very good english. It really went well for me , and now I can speak pretty well. Yes you do need good communication with minimal skill to crack an interview.. I have done it and it is well tested and proven… Moral of the story START SPEAKING ENGLISH

But Its bad.. based on English spoken knowledge, company should not judge anyone knowledge,capacity and skills.. If anyone has good technical skills and any skills that company require then company should take responsibility for spoken english training for employee. A company will never understand how stressful a student life is . How much hardwork student go through for getting technical skills.
