  • The Tampa Bay area may not be seeing snow like a lot of the rest of the country, but a man in Lutz is taking advantage of the colder temperatures and making snow of his own.
Using a pressure washer, he made an impressive snow machine and turned the side of his home into a winter wonderland for his family and neighbors on Thursday morning.
"I'm a native [Floridian], but I definitely like the cold weather," said Adam Meid.

Very cool. I made one in Ky but never got to use it. I will get it out this year and hope the temp gets low enough to use it. Thanks for the motivation!

I’m so glad that I live in a state that have people who never saw snow. I hate snow and living somewhere where it’s so RARE that people try creating it makes me smile.

*why does it say °50? It literally gets to the low °40's at night in Southern California and we get no snow*

Snow can be fun and beautiful but when you get 5-6" of snow each day in January its a pain to shovel out the drive and sidewalk

Cost less than $100? I think not. The nozzles might have cost $100 but the air compressor and power washer sure cost a lot more than $100.

Well, if you already have a compressor and pressure washer you can make them for pretty damn cheap. I made one out of PVC for just under 30 bucks!
