I darn got to say Luke Hemmings is awesome! Separately 5SOS is pretty great, but when together…THEY WONDERFULLY ROCK!
Here’s a small tip to really appreciate it the song to the fullest:
1. listen to the song alone once (preferably with noise cancellation headphones, but tbh it’s not that important) and just close your eyes and focus on whatever comes to your attention. Whether it’s the melody, the bass, the drums, whatever. Just to get a general feel of the vibe, listen to anything except for the lyrics.
2. Then you do the same thing again but pay close attention to anything you could’ve missed.
3. And then finally listen to it one last time but with the lyrics at hand. This way you get to compare your thoughts and first impressions to what you discovered the third time around. You kind of connect with the song better ;)
