SOEMON is a large ensemble of koto performers. The koto is a traditional Japanese Zither.
Gin-yuka is a coined term. A gin-yu poet in Japan is someone who travels around the country and performs. Gin-yuka would translate to "Gin-yu song" or "Gin-yu poem".
沢井筝曲院は本当に凄いですね。
沢井忠夫の「鷹」と「砂絵」は多分私にとって一番感動的な筝曲と思っていますけど、沢井比河流の有能はもっともっとわかってきました。

Very impressive. They are so synchronized that an uninitiated person hearing only the music might think it was a single individual playing one instrument akin to a pianist playing a sonata.

Correction on the description there... The KA suffix in the term Ginyuka is just a performer/professional, not the word for song or poem. The proper name would be 吟遊詩人の歌 or Gin'yūshijin no uta.
Thank you for your comment.The kanji used in the published score is actually "歌", not "家".
As written in the description, "Ginyu-ka" is a term coined by the composer, so it is not a pre-existing term.
The composer writes in the notes of the published score that this piece is a kind of song (歌) based on the act of "ginyu" (which means to travel the world while writing poetry).It is difficult to translate obscure titles into English!
