I stumbled across this video and was pleasantly surprised as it describes the situation I am currently in. Having over 20 years in experience and following redundancy. I am getting interviews but then no offers. I could really use your help as I struggle to 'sell myself' whilst using the S.T.A.R technique. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I am a fresher, and i don't have any experience I applied for HR coordinator I got shortlisted for the interview. But i didn't passed because other candidates were more experienced.

I applied for a job and 9 days ago they emailed me and asked me to tell them some times that I’d be available for a phone interview ‘in the next few days’. I told them three different mornings I was available for this interview. They never replied to my email to tell me an interview time which I thought was a bit odd and it got to the end of the week and I never got a phone call from them :( I sent them another email 4 days ago saying I’m still interested in the job and that I hope there is a time that suits to have an interview. I still haven’t heard back and so don’t know what’s going on. I tried phoning the company a couple times but it said no one was available and it said to leave a message. Should I be concerned or is this normal? Any advice? Thank you.
I'm sorry you've experienced this, feedback really should be mandatory within a certain timeframe. I plan to cover following up guidelines in another video, but treatment during the interview process can be an indicator of treatment during employment so I would ask how much you want to work there? I would advise to keep your options open and consider employers that have a more structured and engaging process.
