I just got the Widex RIC 440. I had worn the Beyond for 7+ years. I was so disappointed that there is no volume control on the aid rather than only on the app.

Hi, I’m 45, with high frequency hearing loss. I’ve done everything medically possible, but no ENT advised hearing aids. I used to be an Audiophile, but noise exposure damaged my hearing. In short, would you recommend these for the best possible music listening experience ?

@@ProFitHearing Actually, I was told that phonak has the best sound quality and actually has a wider frequency dynamic rage then the widex apparently..Widex only has a bit of a wider volume dynamic range., And phonak has an amazing music setting if needed.. that's what my audiologist told me.. I have the phonaks and I could vouch for the great quality! as long as you have proper physical components,.. As someone with a flat moderate hearing loss, I would get any difference from the "puresound" technology of the widex in comparison to my phonak ones being ithat feature of the widex pure sound only suits one with a more mild hearing loss or uses open domes.. The way to get natural sound from a hearing aid is proper venting and fitting and ur good.. @Louis Ricks your audiologist which brand you should have
@@kaylasmusic I used a M70 phonak as a lending device until my Sheer came to me and I can vouch for the sound quality of the Widex. I don’t know how they did it, but voices are so damn clear and more easy to filter out then with the M70. Maybe the M70 was lesser technology than the new phonaks but the Sheer is a real experience. Maybe you should as your audiologist to try both brands and make a choice from there!
@@erwin757 Oohh urs were an older model I think.. I have the Audeo Lumity… Ya I asked my audiologist which one id better and he said the phonak brand is better sound quality overall. I also feel with mine that everything sounds very clear and natural,.. As long as you’ve got them fitted properly

Does Widex have hearing aids which do not need bluetooth?? Just charge and wear.
