A fascinating short documentary by Minibeast Wildlife's Caitlin Henderson that provides insight into the life of the Giant Rainforest Mantid (Hierodula majuscula).
Do not feed them genetically altered worms on steroids. They get too big and they eat constantly. And they do not have attitudes like pet dogs.In fact they like to eat dogs.
broo the way she calls the mantis Hierodula like it's his name and not the first half of his species is grating on me so much.. it's like saying to a kid "this guy is called Canis-Lupis! Canis-Lupis is hungry" just say "this is a dog and the dog is hungry" my loooord bloke did a great job but female commentary is cringe af EDIT: Lmao i have to skip her parts
