  • Here's the fourth part of the long-awaited math calculator section walkthrough!
    This covers questions 24-30 on College Board's first SAT Practice Test.
    See my math section overview video for more ideas on how to structure your time for this section (in this one I mainly just give the strategies I use to tackle each question) or my math no calculator section walkthrough for help with that section. Thanks!

    How do you know which formulas to use? Are there any keywords we should be looking out for to improve leftover time?

    Is the SAT 2016 questions the same as SAT 2024? Please Anna reply

    • @annas-universe
      @annas-universe  Před 10 měsíci

      Not exactly-the reading section is composed of much shorter paragraphs now, and the writing section is built into that. Math is more or less the same concepts, but since you are given Desmos on the digital SAT this makes many of the problems much more straightforward

      My advice depends on where you are in your prep right now, but the best advice I can offer is to use Khan Academy to really pinpoint your weakest sections/topics and try to improve on those by practicing every day until your test. Try to take some more practice tests before your SAT, too, so you get more comfortable w the format.
      For fast improvements, focus on the writing/grammar questions and the math concepts. Best of luck!
