the mental health chat was rlly good she should start a podcast
this is exactly what ive been struggling with. i feel like im filling my head with so many negative thoughts it feels like theres always more to have, and maybe if i have it ill be happier. when in reality i should be focusing on the gifts ive received and be grateful for what i do have, then maybe i will be ready and even worthy enough to receive more.
