- Denison is a uranium exploration and development company with interests focused in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan, Canada.
The Company has an effective 95% interest in its flagship Wheeler River Uranium Project, which is the largest undeveloped uranium project in the infrastructure rich eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan.
Denison's interests in Saskatchewan also include a 22.5% ownership interest in the McClean Lake joint venture ("MLJV"), which includes several uranium deposits and the McClean Lake uranium mill, contracted to process the ore from the Cigar Lake mine under a toll milling agreement, plus a 25.17% interest in the Midwest Main and Midwest A deposits, and a 66.90% interest in the Tthe Heldeth Túé ("THT," formerly J Zone) and Huskie deposits on the Waterbury Lake property. Each of Midwest Main, Midwest A, THT and Huskie are located within 20 kilometres of the McClean Lake mill.
Through its 50% ownership of JCU, Denison holds additional interests in various uranium project joint ventures in Canada, including the Millennium project (JCU 30.099%), the Kiggavik project (JCU 33.8123%) and Christie Lake (JCU 34.4508%). Denison's exploration portfolio includes further interests in properties covering ~300,000 hectares in the Athabasca Basin region.

Slowly but surely
Thanks for the comment Jim and for taking the time to view our content.
ISR could be a game-changer throughout the Athabasca basin for big and small uranium deposits.
Thanks for the comment Michael and for taking the time to view our content! Agreed, ISR could be a real game changer.
Thanks James bought some last week licking chops😂
Thanks for the comment Peter! So many good deals right now in the sector.
@Bloor Street Capital yes agree 👍
David's presentation here, while ultimately informative and insightful, seems more reminiscent of Fred Astaire than of Roger Bannister.
Thanks for the comment Gary and for taking the time to view our content.
I'm going to be adding to my position at these prices. I see $DML $DNN breaking a price level that will raise eyebrows. I won't say how high but just say... VERY high. Patience will pay off big with this one.
Thanks for the comment JE and for taking the time to view our content. Agreed, now is the time to get long uranium!
This seems like a "bend or break" strategy. Fingers crossed.
Thanks for the comment Sebastian and for taking the time to view our content!
Isn't it owned by Chinese?
Thanks for the comment Babs and for taking the time to view our content! No, CGN is a shareholder in Fission but not Denison.
what happen to dnn?? stock price so much low..
Almost a billion shares outstanding With virtually next to nothing employee ownership! No guarantee the Company will be allowed to use ISR by government regulators.
Thanks for the comment Michiru and for taking the time to view our content. The entire market is coming under pressure because of the banking crisis. Only sector safe right now is gold.
buying opportunity!
@@hostageg4417 Agreed, with this market pullback, many great opportunities!
We cannot have decarbonation goals without implementing renewable energy programs and nuclear reactors across the U.S. Given natgas and coal still contribute to 60% of our electricity needs we have a long way to go.
Thanks for the comment and for taking the time to view our content. It is hard to believe we are still burning coal in NA.
No guarantee that the Government will allow this process! What is the approval timeline? What is your back up plan if not allowed to use ISR?
Thanks for the questions Dan and we will definitely ask these the next time we interview David.
This stock and others in the sector have gotten crushed. Massive buying opportunity!
