If selling on Amazon is so successful why are so many people, including you, spending time on mentoring, CZcams, affiliate marketing, etc and not on building your Amazon business? Logic tells me that you focus on what makes the most money of course and that selling on Amazon isn't that easy. Also what are the specific products that you are successfully selling on Amazon? Yea that a really good question that what I ask my self if is so profitable selling on Amazon why’s is everybody selling courses on youtube and is true they make the money from those courses then selling
I think it’s because they still have businesses on Amazon, but they did enough to where now they can focus on expanding and growing…they make just as much or more through mentoring, streams from video tutorials etc. Some people love telling others how to be successful, it’s their ethos. But to answer your question, she might be someone who would like to help people set up correctly, and/or you seem not to notice that these videos are also a business and also an additional passive income from the links in the descriptions to the ads in the video. This video will be sitting on youtube and be relevant for years to come, she will be getting $thousands from people continue watching it. Such videos can make someone an influencer and eventually generate additional income.
This is really helpful! I am in the process of looking for products to sell on Amazon. I already have my professional Amazon sellers account set up ($39.99/ month plan). I have about $15,000 saved from my job so far so I’m thinking of starting with at least $5000 to start off with and going from there.

I mean, is that something you need to get authorized for extra with Amazon or does this option go automatically to FBA members? We are planning to have an online store as well but in Asia. Alibaba & Aliexpress are not the only cheap online stores in China .btw Little Asia’s Channel is our channel.

very helpful blog, I am doing Amazon FBA UK and sourcing from China, I think the key thing of doing FBA is to find professional suppliers and freight forwarder to handle your first leg for your Amazon FBA, like IRFREIGHT, highly recommended.
Thank you very much Tatiana! This week going through setting up my legal entity! I paid for it at first but realized hey I can do it myself and use the savings for higher leverage reasons so very exited for the tax advantages come next tax season:) Plan to sell my first inventory batch this spring/summer season! Receive initial reviews and ppc data, build our social media presence/ community and absolutely upgrade and place second batch of inventory from there. Been an absolute ride and humbling too but there’s no going back on being able to establish this and whatever may come i will keep educating and finding a genuine way to provide products which serve in my niche:)

Great advice. For people that haven’t done FBA, there’s easier ways to make money quicker on Amazon. Just do retail arbitrage. You don’t have to put tons of money from China products into your business. You can make tons of money just sourcing items at retail to send into their warehouses . It takes a little time to get in gated in some categories, but it’s worth it

Inspectors are so important. I worked at amazon for a while and saw A lot of fraudulent suppliers sending things that were nowhere near what the seller wanted to sell.
Would it be best idea to have the manufacturing company send the product directly to the seller so that way it will carefully inspect before sending to FBA warehouse. Also it will allow you to place the PUC and SKU bar code on each product to minimize extra charge.

Hi Tatiana. Great content. Is it true though that new AMZ sellers can only have an inventory of 200 for FBA? If so, that puts the burden on sellers to reorder with the added cost of shipping for the second batch when it sells. When does that 200 limit stop for new sellers? Many thanks!
Yes, when you have a new seller central account. However, you would order whatever quantity of units you'd like, say 1000 units and then you would ship 200 to Amazon and either a) store the remaining units in your house if you live in the same marketplace that you are selling or b) store them at a third part fulfillment center and then as you start selling out on Amazon you can replenish that inventory. The 200 limit is temporary, for new sellers.

Great video as always. I was hoping to start an FBA business. When you include referral fee, fulfilment fee, storage fee, possible return fee’s, plus all the start up costs explained in this video. The profit margin is actually so small compared to the initial investment, I just don’t think it’s worth the risk.

GREAT video for private label but okay for other established brands what your saying and this video is comprehensive but you do not need that much to start selling $3828 or even 2500 for established brands. You need money for inventory 10 units so if it costs you $5 then you pay $50 bucks, become an individual seller they require 10 units ONLY see if you can sell 10 units then move to FBA and start worrying about packaging, logo, etc

I paid for it at first but realized hey I can do it myself and use the savings for higher leverage reasons so very exited for the tax advantages come next tax season:) Plan to sell my first inventory batch this spring/summer season! Receive initial reviews and ppc data, build our social media presence/ community and absolutely upgrade and place second batch of inventory from there. Been an absolute ride and humbling too but there’s no going back on being able to establish this and whatever may come i will keep educating and finding a genuine way to provide products which serve in my niche:)

Update: I have now created my seller's account and filled out most of the legal information, now I am using jungle scout to source a product that is worth selling
Update again, I made my first sale on august 19th, and as of now I have made $275 😁 this is a pretty big accomplishment for me considering I’m only 16

Great advice. For people that haven’t done FBA, there’s easier ways to make money quicker on Amazon. Just do retail arbitrage. You don’t have to put tons of money from China products into your business. You can make tons of money just sourcing items at retail to send into their warehouses . It takes a little time to get in gated in some categories, but it’s worth it

Inspectors are so important. I worked at amazon for a while and saw A lot of fraudulent suppliers sending things that were nowhere near what the seller wanted to sell.
Would it be best idea to have the manufacturing company send the product directly to the seller so that way it will carefully inspect before sending to FBA warehouse. Also it will allow you to place the PUC and SKU bar code on each product to minimize extra charge.

Hi Tatiana. Great content. Is it true though that new AMZ sellers can only have an inventory of 200 for FBA? If so, that puts the burden on sellers to reorder with the added cost of shipping for the second batch when it sells. When does that 200 limit stop for new sellers? Many thanks!
Yes, when you have a new seller central account. However, you would order whatever quantity of units you'd like, say 1000 units and then you would ship 200 to Amazon and either a) store the remaining units in your house if you live in the same marketplace that you are selling or b) store them at a third part fulfillment center and then as you start selling out on Amazon you can replenish that inventory. The 200 limit is temporary, for new sellers.

Great video as always. I was hoping to start an FBA business. When you include referral fee, fulfilment fee, storage fee, possible return fee’s, plus all the start up costs explained in this video. The profit margin is actually so small compared to the initial investment, I just don’t think it’s worth the risk.

GREAT video for private label but okay for other established brands what your saying and this video is comprehensive but you do not need that much to start selling $3828 or even 2500 for established brands. You need money for inventory 10 units so if it costs you $5 then you pay $50 bucks, become an individual seller they require 10 units ONLY see if you can sell 10 units then move to FBA and start worrying about packaging, logo, etc
