- Take the leaves when the weather is hot, so that the leaves taken are clean and dry, and the tannin does not dissolve with rainwater.
- Choose leaves that are completely dry. The sign can be seen from the dry stems and the characteristic crunchy leaves when squeezed.

5 hari bole angkat soalnya ini kan tanpa proses fermentasi jd daun bisa membusuk malah bisa memancing amonia.
