  • The Potato Soufflé recipe is so easy and delicious. The smell of fresh parsley combined with some garlic goes perfectly with the flavor of parmesan and cheese.

    Ingredients:
    • 6 medium boiled potatoes
    • 30 g butter
    • 3 teaspoons of parmesan
    • 60 g cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 spring onions
    • Parsley
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 30 ml milk
    • salt and pepper
    • 100 g breadcrumbs
    • chives
    • paprika
    Step 1:
    Mesh 6 boiled potatoes with a potato masher
    Step 2:
    Add 30 g butter, 3 teaspoons of parmesan and 60 g cheese and stir until well combined
    Step 3:
    Separate the egg whites in another bowl and add the yolks on the mixture.
    Step 4:
    Chop the spring onions, parsley and 2 cloves garlic and add them into the potato mixture
    Step 5:
    Add 30 ml of milk and mix until well incorporated
    Step 6:
    Whisk egg whites and combine them with the potato mixture
    Step 7:
    Season with salt and pepper
    Step 8:
    Grease 4 ramekin dishes with butter and dust them with breadcrumbs.
    Step 9:
    Bake at 175 °C for 20 min
    Serve immediately.
