It is 4 years worth of work and anticipation that culminate in only a few games so, yeah, it is important to them.

That is the passion I like to see in a competitor.
I am so upset about how this game ended for Romania. We were playing so well and looked like we were able to cause a major upset. We had a dissallowed try and then our player gets sent off at a crucial time in the game, you have to question decisions like that in the world cup. It completely offset the balance of what looked to be a competitive match. Yes France is a better team no doubt, but Romania could have won that day. Even so, in the spirit of this magnificent game, applaud the French team but with tears in my eyes.

They are the most consistent team to have never won the RWC.

I like rugby and I am an American. He reminds me of my college American style football coach. Sadly the French could not get it together. Very nice country to visit I must say. Nice people those French.
By the looks on some of the players you could totally see what people were talking about in regards to there being a divide among the players.

They already messes up and know it. Yell at them about it does no good. The coach is supposed to reframe their frame of mind not to dwell on that defeat but to drive them into a winning can do attitude. Think of every motivational movie or half time speech that was awesome, and they did just that.

Trust the judgement of the coach, instead of making everyone think that you know better than him, because this is not true. Be humble, watch less movies.
