Assalaamu’alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh! I really struggle as I have a small face and a lot of the time the space for my face is too big with Jilbab, and so my neck shows. The only way I can secure it is with a pin but then my chin is exposed. Is there a technique to help over come this?

Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu! If your jilbabs have niqab ties like ours you can use them to adjust the head opening smaller. For a more permanent solution you can make two stitches on both sides of the head opening to make it smaller. We can make a video on this next because it seems to be a common issue!

Do you need an undercap under the headcover or is the hijab of the jilbab enough? I want to wear it but am cofused if you need an undercap so your hair won't come down

You can snip the seams away on either side of the face until it’s comfortable fitting

Salam sister. I'm still trying to figure out what do you wear as an inner to keep the hair in? Cus my hair keeps poking out on the sides & it's really frustrating

You shouldn’t need to wear anything inside, just make sure your hair is tied back properly (I slick mine back tightly with some gel) the Jilbab should keep your hair inside on its own

Adding on many moths later lol (Hopefully you’ve solved this issue by now). The issue might be that your Jilbab just isn’t fitting well on your head, it might be too loose/wide and you might need a smaller head opening on the Jilbab. If your Jilbab has two thin strings on the inside you can try and use that to tighten the head opening of the Jilbab.
