    Nice little loco, great review, pity Bachman didn’t mount the motor securely.

    Thanks, enjoyed all the videos. I am at exactly the same decision point (no pun intended :-)) as you reached in this video regarding incompatibility and trying to decide which controller to move up to. What did you decide?

      I left this one as loco three and made sure I have the old decoder for the next loco! Not upgraded yet, but will probably get NCE Powercab. Slow progress on my layout so no hurry. I can keep using the Hornby Select for now.

      @@geezenstacks I like the sound of Lenz but you might be right about NCE. I just read an article on DCC Concepts website titled 'DCC Advice #6: Our DCC Brand By Brand Opinion'. They reckon NCE too. I couldn't tell how old this article might be but it looked fairly current.

    Hi! I loved this review and the 31-635a looks perfect for what I want. However, I can’t find one in stock in the UK or Australia and the model has been discontinued. In fact I can’t find a green GWR OO gauge pannier in production anywhere. I see you only uploaded this video 5 weeks ago, but don’t know how long you’ve owned it for. Would you know if the place you sourced it from would have any remaining in stock? Thanks!

      Hi Wayne. I bought this from Hattons but it was last year if I remember right. I think your best bet would be smaller outlets or ebay. Good luck finding one.

    Did you have to take the motor out to get the cad under the motor

    Will this be able to pull all ho scale rolling stock? For both US and foreign railroad equipment?

    • @geezenstacks
      @geezenstacks  Před 3 lety +1

      As long as the couplings match, it should be ok although being small it's not designed to pull long trains.

      All i have is Bachmann’s ez-mate couplers though. In ho scale of course

      @@texasandpacific610 it has nem coupling sockets so you should be able to get something to fit.
