Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Es handelt sich um einen Buchung welche ich sie nicht nutzen konnte.
Ich habe per 14.03.2018 etwa eine Woche lang in Ihre Hotel einen Buchung mit dem Frühstück getätigt.
Ab schon 15.03.2018 wurde dort Unannehmlichkeiten passiert und ich konnte ich weder schlafen noch Frühstück geniessen!
Da ich gar nicht profitieren konnte möchte ich meine volle Geld zurückerstattet bekommen!
Eigentlich ich möchte das Hotel Kosten mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen, da die Karte nicht funktioniert hat muss ich aus dem Geldautomat beziehen.
Bislang konnte ich das Geld noch nicht zurückzahlen und möchte ich mit meiner Kreditkartenherausgeber keine Problemen bekommen!
Falls wenn Hotelkosten nicht Zurückerstattung bar ist - erstatten Sie wenigstens die Frühstückskosten zurück oder wenn nicht möglich man kann diese Frühstück auch in dem Restaurant offerieren.
Ich habe meine Hotelbuchung damals zusätzlich noch mit Frühstück gebucht und diese wurde separat auf Hotelkosten verrechnet!
Darf ich Sie noch einmal erneut höflich darum bitten, wenn Sie so gut und nett sind, dass Sie das Geld von der Kreditkartenherausgeber rasch als möglich zurückerstatten!
