Maggies abilities are cohesive when you think about it. She's just trying to bring as much chaos as she can to the games. What's more chaotic than a bloody warlord running at you super fast with a shotgun while setting you on fire?

The drill also forces people out of cover. Anyone who thinks they can hide and take potshots or recover from Maggie is going to learn you don't run from her.
I think Maggie’s drill is for like getting past a riot shield

"Mad Maggie" doesn't feel like a military callsign or superhero name the same way most of the others do
I feel she has the most untapped potential when it comes to discovering things like the crypto blazing drone hopefully they don't nerf stuff like that.

7:31 now hold on. Maggie is a prisoner of the Apex Games. She doesn't have a whole lot of equipment when compared to, let's say Bangalore, who has access to an airstrike. Maybe the people behind the games just gave her the beyblade and wrecking ball because they were just lying around
she brought them with her to the games.

3:15 Well, enemies caught in Horizon´s ultimate are also highlighted to her (at least it was that way in S11), so it´s technically the sixth legend with some sort of scan in a row
I think her passive ties her abilities together. Both her tac, and ult deal some damage, and in most surcumstances, to enemies that you don't have direct line of sight to. The short scan gives you just enough information to know what your enemies are doing or if they are still where you think they are.
The ultimate also breaks doors and this has helped my more often then expected

Honestly, Macro is right about Maggies ability's not matching together but I think thats the point. She's supposed to be a chaotic character, right? Especially her ultimate, just release it in a small building then boom, You dont know whats going on.

Her kit is about forcing the enemies out from cover and then rushing them down. I think her abilities facilitate that very well.
@@orangeglow57Official her tactical is too situational to be a game changer and doesn’t have a lot of uses. If it had the ability to stick to enemies or the ground it’d be a lot more useful. Her ult is very unpredictable and although it stuns, it doesn’t do a lot of damage. Warlord and detection are the most useful unfortunately respawn nerfed the shotguns to shit. They didn’t put enough thought into her kit which is why she has the lowest opening pick rate out of all the legends.
@@spajas8092 (Tested this) if you shoot the tactical directly at an enemy it lands face up on floors and does damage to anybody close to it, really useful in closed spaces or front of Ziplines! :"D
I feel like a nice buff could be so her drill doesn’t bounce off of enemies but instead sticks and does damage
Then play with fuze, dumbo, and you'll be able to stick arc stars.

Then she would be Fuse. The point is to actively discourage using the drill this way
If she could direct stick people there would be no reason to use Fuse.

You use the drill to flush enemies out of cover, the ultimate to stun them and push up with your team, and your passive to get the first shot and make shotguns better once you’re up close. It’s definitely cohesive.
Gameplay wise I get it, don't get me wrong, it was just story wise it seems like she grabbed whatever was in her immediate areaand went with it

I think her abilities are cohesive. She is built around pushing, speed boost to push with shotgun up close. Short term tracking for peeking fights with a shotgun, can also flush people out and force them into you with tact again working very well with corner/cover fights with a shotty. Wrecking ball can be used to knock people out of cover, just as her drill can. I think her kit works great together.

I really enjoy how they style Maggie's "madness" because it works with both meanings of the word. All the "mad" things she does (biting someone's nose off, taking out a guy's eye with her own broken tooth, etc.) are fuelled purely out of spite.
She's like if Doomguy was petty.

You can use Maggie's drill on crypto's drone , a flying flame thrower 😂😂😂
You can also dual wield her tactical with other weapons and get a range boost on her drill with scopes on main weapon

One other thing to mention is that the drill can go deep, like really deep haha it can go through several meters and not be affected by the thickness of the wall

The best part of this series is the mini skit you make at the start of the vid
Maggie buff: Add a second shot to her tactical similar to Bangalore smoke. And if they do that, add 8 to 10 seconds to get cool down time to balance it out
Also ability to stick onto enemies and/or thermite effect when shot at the ground. Right now it’s too situational. Outside of an enemy using cover it’s useless (alot of players rely on movement instead).
I think her ultimate could be buff in damage like to 30 so it doesn’t feel like a valk missile

I love it how Macro is just every legend from Apex into one human body. He gives the BEST legend tips because he’s all 20 legends in one person.
The first passive is good for hitting people thru smoke or with the ult to see where they bounce off to, it can also potentially help see which way people are running if they duck behind a corner
I know there's better Legend Match ups but I feel like Fuse, Maggie and Gibraltar are a good combo

Fire surrounding the shield
Fire grenades in the shield
Fire drill
Throw Junkrats ult into the Sheild
Etc etc

Gotta say, though: hard disagree with your assessment that her abilities are a grab bag of random things with no cohesion. The way I see it, all of them work together to encourage a "full send, no hesitation, no mercy" playstyle.
Drill forces enemies out of cover so you can slap them - the highlighting aspect of Warlord's Ire helps you follow-through on that slapping - the shotgun part of Warlord's Ire encourages you to get up in their face for the slapping - Wrecking Ball further encourages said up-close-and-personal slap time, but it can also make your enemies more vulnerable to being slapped (if you get the stun off), too.
I think this synergy is so awesome because it *feels* like Maggie herself-it feels like you're being asked to roleplay as a bloodthirsty lunatic. It feels... Well. Mad!

Maggie was sent into the games without a respawn becon like other legends so she's die for real in the games and never get respawned. Which I'm guessing is how they're sentencing her to death.

her kit is cohesive due to the theme of displacement (referencing her chaotic character) the wrecking ball pushes enemies towards you, which makes shotguns and SMGS much more useful. Her drill forces enemies out of cover, making them an easy target to run up on and secure the kill

Her drill is so the opponents need to beware of giving her an opening. and her ball allows her squad to get to the opposing snobs and if she hits the one who gets stoned they give her another opening to push
