June 13th is international Albinism Awareness Day. Today is meant to celebrate and educate. Albinism is the lack of melanin/ pigmentation within the hair, skin, & eyes. Albinism is not associated with any specific race or ethnicity. You can be Black, White, Asian or Hispanic and be born with albinism. Albinism is so beautiful and I’m thankful to have been blessed with it.💛 #albinism ##grwmmakeup #grwm #grwmroutine

All skin tones can be beautiful as beautiful people are found amongst ALL skin tones. That's too rational for many to accept. Imagine that!🧐
Although, I don't rate every human being as "beautiful" as doing so, refuses to accept there are, exceptionally, beautiful and gorgeous people in our world 🌎. The Bible speaks of "comely" and "beautiful" people. Therefore, I'll stay grounded and not seek to escape into another universe no matter what the current "fad" at the time. I still live on Planet Earth 🌎.

It's just like my mom would get upset when folks would talk about she/ that girl has good hair ... Both of them are saying nothing about how anyone else should look, let alone espousing a particular kind of looks. The latter is saying she has learned to disregard others' views on her appearance and love and appreciate herself and her appearance, and the former is saying it would be a better world if everyone could succeed in loving and feeling confident in themselves as they are.

I always say this, and I always believe it's true. People with freckles, Albinism, vitiligo, scars, melanism, or birthmarks are unbelievably gorgeous to me. Unbelievably beautiful. And I will stand by that. ❤😌
What is melanism?
@hiphopfahm3794 Melanism is basically the opposite of Albinism. It's where your body creates too much melanin. Most of the time, animals get the gene mutation, but there is a chance for humans to get it too. In humans, the skin gets very dark, but it's very rare compared to Albinism.
