@JohnVeit -- Do you dry the windows down in someway, as part of your service? I can imagine this being tougher to do on 2-Story homes, but even on 1-Story homes, I imagine they get wet as well. What's your protocol or approach here? Thanks in advance.

My powerwasher when downstreaming I hate it, it dilutes 20:1 so my sh isnt even at a 1% it takes sooooooo many applications is their a way to fix this or am I just going to have to get a new powerwasher. Thanks for all the videos and tips.

Question, did you rinse the plants before you started to protect from the bleach? I have heard a lot of people do that. Also, I am not landing jobs and Google took down my business profile. Now I am stuck ping ponging between two “help teams” who just refer me to the other
No sir the mix is diluted with water
@@JohnVeit Always pre and post soak regardless of your mix. Even at 1% it will still kill plants and grass

Correct. It dilutes with water. 20:1 depending on your injector
Which pressure nozzle would you use on aluminum siding? I have read it is harder to pressure wash then vinyl.

Great content! When downstreaming what % SH youre getting out when soft washing? I thought it would dilute it to like 1-2% is there a way to mitigate that so that way I dont have to get an xjet or a soft washing gas pump and use my regular PW to get to around 5%? Thanks ahead of time!!
Do you quote remotely? And when your on the phone with the customer do you go on google earth while on the phone or end the call with the customer and send them a text with how much it will be

John I can't get any jobs ,I'm doing door to door but I need to find work fast I'm broke ,i have a 4 gpm machine, a surface cleaner, my chemicals but how do do get my foot in the door, should I offer to do a house for free or should I charge the lowest I can?
Stay consistent and keep marketing
I feel for you brother tbh I'll be in a similar position soon fresh into the market with all my chem and equipment. I'm currently studying a social media marketing course and I'm planning to start after I finish it so I can dial in my marketing, here's some advice of what I would do if I was in your position with no money. Fyi I'm from Australia so the markets that I say to tap into might be a little different but y'all get the idea.
1. Sell yourself to real estate agents offices, walk in their talk to them offer them a high quality service for their clients for a competitive price but don't be the $99 guy. door knock too retirement villages we can them or like complexes if you know what I mean.
3. Door knock on homes in which you see that are dirty and need a wash just from looking on the outside. Rather than just knocking on every door maybe
If you had little spare money I'd suggest a Google ads strategy with a core offer on your website. Maybe you do one package deal that has 2 things 1 your most popular service like driveways and you do that half price and 2 your second most popular package which would be house washing. Work smarter not harder. Packages are key I think from listening to other CZcamsrs as well. If you got a few jobs from your marketing whatever way you do it whether it's Facebook ads google, linkden, flyers, yard signs filming videos of your work will be very beneficial for your social media and website and taking pictures is a good idea too. Prioritize marketing and learning the most you can from CZcams and ensure you have a bussiness license insurance, and a uniform. If your looking to level up your marketing maybe consider a loyalty rewards club where you offer a discounted service in return for reviews, or maybe you offer a discount for getting your customer to share a before and after photo of your job on their Facebook and tag you that way all their friends see what you've done. Their is other rewards you can put in a loyalty rewards club too like a referral discount maybe your customer gets 10% off for their service with you and If their friend books with you they get 20% off or maybe their friend just gets the 20%. Just a few ideas I actually haven't implemented anything into my business yet I'm just forming the plan so sorry if some doesn't make sense to you. Oh yeah and when I mean loyalty rewards club I mean a pop up window on a website in which your headline text will be and under that will be where your customer enters in their email to get your rewards program sent to them. Just maybe don't make it over 40% off in any limited time offers you have. Hope It helps!
