One of the best realistic cdrama with good plot and great character development.it was worth of waiting 2 years of its release 😊 most of the ppl find it only a cry drama and nothing else but it was far better than superficial lovey dovey stories.this drama is such a emotional rollercoaster which makes u cry at some point and her acting is indeed good to the point that it felt u can also feel her pain.😭

Until now, I still haven't finished watching Tears in Heaven.. I decided to watch this CDrama because I adored Li Qin and Shawn Dou.. but I didn't think I'd fall for Leon Zhang. His chemistry with Li Qin is ❤️❤️❤️.. I wasn't ready for his fate in this drama. 😭
I watch this drama but when zhenrong died, i stopped watching this. 🥺 I was stuck in their love story that's why its kinda hard for me to continue watching it. It makes me so sad. 😥
There are very few ppl with Rh -ve AB blood type it's often referred to as the golden blood type but the patients of these blood grps can receive blood from any Rh -ve blood type that makes it easier for them to find donors so I don't know why this hospital don't have rh -ve blood bags from donors
