31:55- not only did you take a ball out of pocket for measuring, you tapped the chalk cube where you wanted the cue on the table… if you care about the game, don’t use aids of any kind when you play
On my device that was at ~31:36 I couldn't watch it through with all the back and forth up and down rigamarole, not to mention having to mute the inane muzak. I even tried playback at 2x, but no . . .

In the 2nd rack Souto made two balls on the break. Did they not realize? 4:34
i think there is a rules that player need to make 2 balls at least to cross the 2nd upper diamond of the table
3 point rule on the break... you have to have 3 or more balls that are either potted or reach the head string. if you don't, the break is illegal and the opponent can choose wether he wants to take over or put you back in

@@allaboutfishingtv534 It is not an official permanent rule of the game, but a change that some tournaments implemented. the 3 point rule was the first attempt to force players to break hard. another rule changes to the 9 ball break in order to do that or make the break more challenging is 9 ball on the spot instead of the 1 ball. the matchroom tournaments use a break rule where you can't break from near the side rail but have to break from a break box zone behind the head string and in the middle, this break format is currently the preferred one in pro play, for players and spectators both
