  • The Laba garlic is a vinegar-preserved garlic.
It's refined color is green and its taste is sour and slightly spicy. It is proven good for digesting and also anti aging. This is a traditional dish which is popular in china, especially in the northeast.
    Ingredients:
    Garlic
    vinegar
    salt
Clean and Dry storage jar of your choice.
When washing the garlic please do not forget to dry it first before putting inside the jar.
The common vinegar used for this is rice vinegar but you can also used white vinegar just like me.

Hello everyone! I just wanna make it clear that i am not posting videos just to get views. I have tried this laba garlic before making videos and it turns green. So what i did was make another batch since some of you have made it and it never turns green since I've used another brand of vinegar and it does not turn into green color. I still don't know why so i will make another video about this recipe and i will show yah all what is the best vinegar to use to turn it into green one. I got so busy at work this past few weeks so I have no time replying your comments. Thank you and I do appreciate yah all watching! God bless Everyone!

Grazie
