Do you usually use a specific hip system or knee system or does it depend on the patient? I used to work on hip and knee implants (and elbows and ankles and toes lol). In what cases do you use a custom implant instead of the basic one? We had a couple custom ones come through every now and then but it seemed uncommon
Can you make a video about broken elbows? I remember being told in x-ray school about a visible posterior fat pad on an x-ray to indicate a broken elbow but I never quite understood why a shadow next to the joint indicates your elbow is broken.
