However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.

I have not opened my safe with this lock for 6 months. No beeps on the numbers, so I changed the battery. I put in the code and one I press pound the red light flashes and beeps 2 times. I'm sure the code is right, but it won't open. What can I do from here?
