first time i heard this song i couldn't help it, i was in tears. so what i did was learned to play it, and played it so many times i eventually didn't have to clear my throat in the middle of the song due to emotions...then i sang it to my wife at our wedding.

He still touring, saw him last year 2x in Pennsylvania, he's still amazing, I cried when he sang this song, plus a few others, Merle Haggards son and grandson are in his band called the Strangers.
