I don't have the 72 set of Brustro colored pencils, may be few colors are new in this set.
No it does not have

Can u tell diff between wax based and oil based....?
Wax based pencils are softer compared to oil based pencils, wax based pencils are good for human portraits and oil based pencils are good for animal fur and details
