  • What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we have another Gwent Police site, this is Blaenavon's Police Office, within Blaenavon Resource Centre, we expect to find a police officer, instead we find some stupid man from Citizens Advice, who are supposed to give legal advice to people, which this idiot couldn't do, so I wouldn't advise going to Citizens Advice now, and I will also give their Citizens Advice a bad review following this. Expected not to be recorded from public, despite approaching a man with a camera, how many more of these tyrants are we going to encounter.

    He works for citizen advice. How can he possibly think it's illegal to record? 🤔

      IKR!?! Such irony. I had an argument with one of my neighbours who didn't like the fact that he was being filmed on my property. He said the same saying it was illegal. However, if it was illegal, then these doorbell cameras would be illegal too. It's absurd to think that filming is illegal in any respect. On private property too.

    I have watched quite a few of these videos and I sincerely hope that when people state that they are going to ring the police that they do NOT ring 999. I have had to ring 999 and the people who answer those phones do not need their time wasted. There are incidents in which every second is precious and I am sure that some people have endeavoured to ring emergency services when they could have taken a more prudent approach.

      Yeah I think he was just making empty threats because I exposed him doing nothing to help the public, basically just being an uneducated idiot, despite this Citizens Advice are meant to give legal advice, not that this fool could give any, he was clueless about the law

      RR = BMW (German)
      Bentley = VW Group (German)

    A citizen advice adviser advising the police of a member of public taking public photography in a public place. Yer but no but am I watching a comedy scetch please tell me this is a set up. The citizens advice adviser should be charged for wasting police time if he has reported a non crime. Plus shorley if he feels uneasy about being recorded in public he may want to persue a new career me thinks.

      @@TheGwentAuditorTGA Its not a criminal offence, but, they have the legal right to set conditions of entry. The law is on their side giving them the right to enforce trespass law and remove someone. They have the right to remove you, thereby stopping you filming in there. If you did have a legal right to film, trespass would be unenforceable. But, you don't, and it is.

    • @aireboat7988
      @aireboat7988 Před 2 lety

      @@TheGwentAuditorTGA Of course they can, and frequently have on many audit vids. Just ask "Nobody Poor" and "Man Bun". Or consult "UK Reports" who recently got an aggravated trespass conviction in Macclesfield police station car park. All police property including car parks and entrance roads are classed as private property.
      The police themselves are frequently clueless because they've been told trespass is civil and they are powerless. Yet as employees, of the police, they can enforce it on police premises.
      Unless you are on a public right of way, or your own property, pretty much everywhere can declare trespass and act.
