The Same Old Rock - Roy Harper (guitar tutorial)

Guitar tutorial for The Same Old Rock, from Stormcock. This is one of my favourite Roy Harper songs and a triumph in songwriting, execution and production - enough said.
This video focuses on Roy’s guitar part but also gives a glimpse into Jimmy Page’s part on the Em-riff.
Main riff and chorus starts at 1:40 and includes Page’s riff at 5:01
Song #1 “All along the ancient wastes…” starts at 11:00
Song #2 “There is a famous straggler…” starts at 13:53
Final instrumental sections from 16:52 on.
Standard tuning, tuned down 1/2 tone (D#G#C#F#A#D#). Roy uses a 12-string on the original version.
