Beautiful speech framing the extraordinary work of BONO in Africa and elsewhere at the Fulbright Prize Ceremony in Washington, D. C. on March 31. Dr. Okonjo-Iweala's work and distinguished presence set the stage and allowed us to know her remarkable impact as well.
