People look at these slum like conditions and have a perception that people are unhappy. But just look at these two guys, early to rise, doing what they love and serving the community.
Its so difficult to find this unity in community. There's something magical about this kind of life. Simplicity. Contentedness. And Purposefullness.

There's something in the shots. This episode looks so much better, even more so than the previous ones. The team has caught the vibe very well! One thing to note is that the Kochuri seller had the whole root of hing! Previously, afghans used to sell it in Kolkata back in the colonial days, but now it comes in dust, store-bought form! I'm guessing this root paste is gonna taste much better.

The underlying spiritual journey of the first cook is sublime. The way he sat and explained, simple and powerful. He is a master in his own rights. That is the greatness of Bharath, spirituality is not limited to a certain way of life. Here the essence of spirituality flows in all walks of life. Many humble craftsmen, laborers, shepherds, musicians, poets, butchers, kings, housewives, beggers, etc, have become saints of great reverence. Do whatever your karma is with utmost dedication and sincerely, with God in your heart.

@Anonymous-sf4hw i know that. Its ironic because people think the hygiene standards of street food can make people sick, but in my case, it was eating in a resteraunt in indai that made me sick, not the street food

@@jonathonjchurchillfor some reason, indian streetfood is less prone to causing tummy issues despite the "unhygienic" preparation. I think that in reality, the amount of harmfuk bacteria in their foods are lower than in restaurant environment - just my own hypothesis without backing
