in melt and pour process soap you cannot put fresh ingredients cause bacteria ,moho and fungus in the soap, even is oven works because the vitamins are there just the water is remove from the pulp, like soap maker the recipe is correct don't put over than 8% or 9% of additives in the soap (fragrances, colors, oils ), if you put oil no more than 2% I suggest rosemary is an excellent against bacteria and fungus grow , for any amount of soap.
Its better to make..I bought a neem soap for my itchy skin and later at home I did not found neem in their ingredient list and all was artificial colours
