She's not lip synching haters. She's using playback cuz it's hard for her to dance and sing at the same time. Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson did it all the time. There is nothing wrong with using playback when they are singing and dancing at the same time.
She sang live during earlier in her carrier, then started using a blend of playback with live (but her voice is always drowned out in it). Notable live moments are all the times she covered You Oughta Know and more recently, Something to talk about. The soundboard from Piece of me residence also had some live moments, mainly in Lucky and Perfume, which proved her claim of using a blend.
