Praying for more Teenagers to come to know Jesus. This was Awesome !!! So many lessons were learned. I would of loved this way back in my teenage years...
I have felt so utterly "disconnected" of late, as an older guy who spends most of his time alone. What desperately needed moments....and scenes.....from this movie. Seemingly all of my emotions were lifted and refreshed. Thanks to Jesus, who so intimately knows what we need. Cole H.

This movie reminds me of the Love & Discernment youth camp that I went to last year as of when this comment was posted (7/7/2023). I had a lot of fun there and it was my first time camping. The camp was soo rad and the teachings and games were awesome. The stargazing turned out nice too. The camp lasted for 4 days and the food was very delicious.
This is really a good movie! This movie has a beautiful message to lead the Youth with God's love!!

So GOOD!!! I was not a Christian as a high school student. I was an angry atheist, with the usual torment of the mind of the non-believer. I did not get to enjoy any of this in high school. I pray that my kids can enjoy this fellowship in their lives.

This movie so reminds me of all the church Youth Camps weekends I attended. We had at least 2 camps a year. We attended daily meetings, we prayed together, we went for long walks and played games, laughed so much, we ate and had so much fun, visited amazing places, we sang with the church band, took photos, and pranked a few people. Great memories. I wish that I could remember every moment.

Here in Pakistan we don't have this kinda facility but I thank God Abba that you guys have most often Youth meetings and camps and I will pray for you people and your children👶👧👦 that they should turn to Jesus Christ before it's too late

This was a good movie. I always wanted to go to camp, I never got to do that. I probably would have been to shy when I was a little girl, but I would have liked it once I got to be 12 or 13. I don't remember anyone offering for kids to go to camp where I lived at that age though. Oh well anyway, there was some good lessons for kids and adults to learn from this movie.
Here in Australia, both the Baptist and Pentecostal Churches, I grew up in... Had awesome camps. The Baptist Church had a 'Royal Rangers' that you could be a part of. And I was so proud to have a uniform and badge and go on little trips and a 3 night camp (apart from the stinky pit toilets) it was awesome. The Pentecostal Church, I went to several camps and they were always exciting and edifying.
I'm so very grateful I can look back at those memories with mates. Though, I wished I'd, known, Jesus, properly back then. I'm sorry you never got to experience Church camps growing up. But, going to Church camps as an adult is still just as good!

There is more to being Christian than asking God into your heart.. You need to acknowledge that Jesus died on the cross and rose again to pay the price for your sins.. You also need to admit then repent your sins.. Ask for forgiveness,
This movie was good but it sells Christianity short when i doesn't acknowledge Jesus paying for our sins with His life. That is the very core of Christianity (root of the word is Christ) and it is directly linked with Him being the Lamb of God.
May God be with you and your families.. There is much more to becoming a Christian.. and Baptism represents the washing away of sins.. It is a confirmation of your Christianity. It is the public acknowledgement of your new life in Christ.
The Lord's prayer represents what it means to be Christian..

AMEN! They need to be shown their depravity without, Christ. Not properly telling them the Good News how, Jesus, evangelized... Leads people to be false converts.
Repent just means change of mind. You change your mind about trusting yourself and move it to trusting Christ alone. That is repentance. Simple as that.
Good movie
Repetition words can be mesmerising, sometimes songs that churches sing, bring us to euphoria,they may not be for the good of a believers we leave ourselves open to the spiritual world, in this place s are both good and bad ,the churches brought this music from the world of eastern religions so we need to be aware.
If only this were realistic...brings back incredibly painful memories for me, the outcast and loner throughout my childhood and teens in the Christian culture I was ensconced in. I hated going to youth group, camps, etc. Nothing but cliques and lots of two-faced 'Christians.' I never had a single real friend and was frequently bullied. I eventually became a born-again Christian, but to this day I remain wary of most of what passes as 'Christianity.' It's often a mile-wide and an inch deep. No real substance. Similar to what Keith Green once said, going to church (or youth group or camp) doesn't make you any more Christian than going to McDonalds makes you a hamburger. I'm sure this movie ministers to some, but to me it's just a reminder of my painful past and the superficiality of much of modern-day 'churchianity.'
Sorry you went through that 😭. Here in, Australia, every Church camp, or youth group activity was amazing for me. It was the best time of my life. I'm grateful for the memories with mates. Reading that you had the opposite experience, just makes me not want to take those memories for granted. But, saddened, and I realise other kids have probably had the same/similar experience as you.
I agree, just cause a kid goes to Church, goes to youth group, etc... Doesn't always mean they're saved. I may have gone to Church growing up. But, I was not saved. I've always had faith in, God, since a very young age. But, I never truly understood, Jesus,' finished work on the Cross. I lived in rebellion till I, finally answered, God's, call at 26.
Kids can be kids though, no matter what. Like this movie demonstrated, we never know what other people are going through or what they know or are learning. I was like you, went to some crumby youth groups and never connected with them. I ended up just dropping out of the youth group scene, but didn't abandon God. I went to a Christian college and had a whole different experience. You never know what the future holds.

Jesus is Lord God Almighty clothed in unsinful humanity and He is the author of (eternal life) to all who trust Him alone for salvation.
This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ (alone) for salvation.
The movie would have been more beautiful had JESUS & the Cross been mentioned. Teens & youths need JESUS. Nevertheless, valuable things for Church youth shared in the movie.
Generally a good movie, but it would've been better if they'd mentioned Revelation 21:8 - the sexually immoral DON'T inherit the kingdom of heaven! It would've been better to make a stronger statement about premarital sex. Also, trust in Jesus, not just "God." Acts 4:11 & 12 and John 14:1-6.

God calls everyone to him, but many choose this world , and sin, and Satan. God does not force anyone to love him and obey him, God does not force anyone to choose Heaven or Hell is up to us to decide who we will serve God or satan.
