J Cunningham lmao 😂 me and g both cringed at that exact moment lmao. Tbh I’m scared to have a pdr guy attempt to remove it, because some make it worse. But we will be wrapping the car soon and will have to fix it 😦
Did you have to tune after you added the 103mm throttle body and manifold ? I’m thinking of doing this to my 2017 ss?
you know I've had mixed results. for some reason some cars act funny and some don't. maybe has to do with the tune thats on the car before the install of tb. or auto/stick cars not too sure to be honest but my car didn't act funny

What parameters did you have to change in the tune to make the throttle body happy?
@kpfabantune takes car of that kid of stuff for me sir. im not too sure what needs to be change. but it didn't act up after install

You guys ported the intake before installing it ? Ya miraste que nick Williams has a huge throttle body tambien but they are super pricey how much was this unit ?
yeah most of these aftermarket throttle bodies are super expensive. Thats why we originally went with the ported 95 mm tb. The Katech is about $650, but we got a hook up deal from a friend.
joseluis gonzalez did you port the MSD yourself ? If so how would you say you did ? I’m curious because I might wanna try
Katech throttle body is a nick williams throttle body with the katech name on it.
I am currently awaiting my Atomic air force and K tech 103 as well ... can you please tell me what rotofab CAI your using?
I was using a stock air box with green filter. a lot of test show it has better thermal qualities so it doesn't heat soak as fast. I just cut mine a bit at the bottom to allow more air if needed.
Quick question, did you have to tune it after the throttle body?
we didn't right away but its always a good idea. we done a few that worked well without tune and some that needed it. just try it out, I think you should be fine
Aye bro I have an msd and a 103 Katech on the way. Can I re use the same oem bolts that are used for the stock TB on the Katech?
I want to say the katech comes with bolts that fit inside the machined holes on the tb

yeah, sometimes thats the case. but we installed a few and worked ok. Even did my buddies fast life russ and drove fine.

Angel Rodrigez they are race stars 17s. The rears when on are 17x9.5 with 28x10 bias ply Hoosiers. The front I think are 17x4.5 I will have to double check on tire size but i want to say it’s a 28inch tall mhm bias ply dot
