As soon as I heard that she passed I immediately came to this video... I'm absolutely devastated and this has really affected me, thinking about the future that she may have had on this earth. However, knowing she IS with the Lord I'm not disheartened, I know she is up worshiping him with her amazing voice.

I was not saved when I believed this was one of the most beautiful voices in the world. I was in denial when she died. Now, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I love this song. Finding out this song sang by her was a gift. Knowing for sure she is in Heaven gave me so much peace.

“No power of Hell , no scheme of man, can ever pluck me from His hand” are the words that strike me the most when she sings this song. The enemy may have taken her earthly life, but God still holds her eternally safe forever in His glorious Heaven. I believe He rescued her from falling into the trap of fortune and fame. The Spirit of God definitely lived in her heart.
I hope this video never gets taken down. I don’t think she ever officially recorded this and I can’t even describe how powerful and beautiful this is.

Thankfully, she left behind a great deal of evidence of her faith in and love for Christ. Her story is sad, but it also shows how God can work in a short time, in this case, her 22 years.

3 years ago today, I had one of the lowest moments of my life. In a dark day, it became clear to me what hopelessness really was. 2 days later, my mental condition was basically "stable", but I knew I still wasn't doing great. If I never knew of Christina, it's not clear what would have become of me. Praise God for Christina's influence on my life and others, praise God for his mercy in Jesus Christ, praise God for her :)

That something that's giving you hope is Christ. As Christina sang, "In Christ alone, my hope is found." Don't ignore that feeling because it's very special and not everyone feels it. In fact, it's life changing and delivers us from sin.
God holds you in heaven
It feels weird to say that you love someone you didn’t meet/know about until years after her death. I guess one way I could put it is, Christina helped me through a really dark time through her music, faith, and legacy. She constantly makes me smile and is constantly on my heart. It also feels weird to say this, but I can’t imagine what my life right now would be without her. I’m gutted that she’s gone but I’m so incredibly joyful that she was here at all, even if I didn’t get to meet her or even know about her until December 2019. Praise God that she was here, and I do hope to see her someday.

And she openly professes her love for Jesus Christ, that being said Christ says --that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Meaning you shall have everlasting life in the kingdom of heaven..
So my good man, she would be considered a martyr in my eyes..

I struggled with blasphemous thoughts that where brought on by fear for years, I was at work as a phlebotomist and my coworker in the station next to me always blasts her music so everyone in the lab hears, as I finished drawing a patient’s blood I began to feel that fear creep up on me and I was standing by myself in my drawing station and there where curtains that divide so no was was looking at me, then all of the sudden Christina Grimme’s song came on “I bet you don’t curse God” I have never heard of her nor this song it lifted my spirit and made me feel like God was speaking straight to me through this song, I’m a believer and I love God and he knows my heart. I will post this comment on that song’s video.

I immediately thought you had the voice of an angel, and your beautiful lyrics struck a chord with me. Imagine my shock when I researched you further only to find out your life was taken in the most horrific of ways. I couldn’t stop crying. I immediately realized your video showing up in my CZcams list wasn’t random at all, but was placed there by God for me to listen to. It’s given me hope in my life of despair. It’s given me a reason to keep going, despite the trials and tribulations and hopelessness I have felt for so long. Thank you Jesus, for sending this angel Christina my way, and for her powerful message in this song. And may her grieving family know that she continues to lift people up from her place in Heaven!

it's just an awe that such a beautiful powerful voice can come from a mere human. Certainly the work God.
this will always be one of my favourite gospel songs/hymns, but nothing will ever compare to hearing her sing it. im not a cryer but everytime i hear her sing it, my eyes just well up. that final verse gets me because its that perfect reminder, that no matter the evil we may face, and the evil she had to deal with so suddenly, we all have a home with Christ our Saviour. And it's so comforting to me to know that she was true to God and a part of this wonderful family we find ourselves in with the Father xx
