Put stickers on a magnetic sheet and cut 'em out - now you have magnets instead of stickers and don't have the anxiety of choosing somewhere permanent for them
I don't think I've ever had a problem solved by a CZcams comment before, but I just replaced my laptop with a tower and have a growing stack of unstuck stickers now. Thank you!

a therapist once advised me to treat the version of me that screams in my head all day as a random crazy person on the street. genuinely revolutionary
I once described my brain to my therapist as me trying to drive a car to get things done but there are these kids in the back that wonât stop talking. I told them that the emotion child is always trying to get my attention when everything they say makes no sense and my therapist was like, do you always try to quiet the âemotionsâ child in the back because I think that might explain a lot of your problems. I was like oh but how do you get things done if you listen to emotions telling you to be scared or worried? My therapistâs answer- you do things scared. đ€Ż
I actually put my stickers in a special sticker collection book that keeps the stickers sticky! The paper used in the book is sticker release paper, basically the backing on stickers, but as a notebook page! So you're able to put them in the book and take them out as many times as you like! There's a lot of small businesses that sell their own collection books with their own designs on the covers. So they're super customizable and easy to use!!!! I hope this helps people who didn't know this who have sticker anxiety about placing them! :3 đ

The minions actual origin story is almost weirded than this AI one. They just came into existence in the beginning of earth and live to serve the most evil being alive. Kevin, Stuart and Bob went to find a new overlord. Eventually they met Gru when Gru was a child.
I like to believe the opening sequence of Minions is happening in real time. The evolution stuff. Generations? Millions of years? Nah they just did that and we got to watch them

i spent a lot of my teenhood putting all my stickers on my bedroom door. since i put years into it, i didn't want to leave it behind, so i took it with me to my first apartment while starting college. yes, i took it off the hinges and swapped my current door for that one. when i move, i know i might not find a place where the door would fit, so my backup plan will be leaning it up against an empty space in the living room or other open space so i and my friends can continue to sticker it up :)

okay one quick comment about the traveling circle bit--a lot of "freak show" actors still had *something* as a performance. or at least something more than people looking at them and going "ah!"
a lot of them who were able (like bearded & tattooed ladies or conjoined twins) would sing, dance, play an instrument, etc. armless people would light tabbaco pipes or cross stitch with their feet. sometimes "the act" would just be giving an autograph or having a conversation about their lifestory. but there was always *something;* it had to be a show
sorry for commenting so much ajsjak. and its not the end of the world that you guys didn't know they were performers; tv and movies do tend to portray circuses and freak shows as people paying a nickle to gawk at Some Guy sitting in a cage. and a lot of Freaks were treated awfully by their families, management, and the public, but they were still talented performers, y'know?

Point of order: you definitely CAN just stop taking your SSRI medication. You shouldn't, but you can. I went from 200mg Sertraline to none basically cold turkey. Do not recommend. The term 'brain zaps' does not adequately describe the horrifically uncomfortable sensation that a sudden drop of SSRI entails.
i recently weaned off the ssri i was taking and even that was awful. cold turkey sounds. bad
weaning off lexapro was super important for my physical and mental health-i did it very slowly and that was perfect
the times iâve WITHDRAWN from lexapro/lost access were literally hell.
weird. i've cold turkeyed multiple ssris. did it with escitalopram/lexapro and 80mg fluoxetine. didn't notice anything. and didn't always take them consistently either. i felt no difference whether i did or didn't take them that day
gosh i had to do this for a sleep study for some awful reason and i was one the max dose so it took me like 2mos (not slow enough) and it was horrible! i was already house bound and it instantly upgraded me to bedbound. couldn't afford a psych at the time, but when i met my new one she got so mad that they made me do that (might not be necessary for sleep studies)
those brain zaps are the worse. other than my pains, ive never dealt w a symptom that was so debilitating
What people don't mention is that instant coffee and tea have almost the same amount of caffeine, and 1 espresso shot has only a little bit more caffeine than 1 cup of tea. so like swapping to tea doesn't actually help reduce caffeine intake in any significant way. decaf or non-caffeinated are the only actual options for reducing caffeine

2. Shadow's game was not Xbox-exclusive. It was multiplatform, released on GameCube and PS2 as well.

Love hearing about y'all starting/changing meds, thanks for normalising it - I'm currently about to start a new med for my chronic spontaneous urticaria and I'm NERVOUS but also really hopeful it'll help. i really appreciate how openly jarvis and jordan talk about being medicated as someone who is now medicated but had a hard time convincing my mom it was necessary. medication has been sooo helpful for my mental health but a lot of ppl think being medicated is âcheatingâ or that its more damaging to your brain chemistry but iâve never been as mentally well as i am now on medication. anyway thank you jarvis and jordan for normalizing that, it makes me feel a lot less alone â€ïž

There's something so nice about, after an exhausting day, sitting down to an upload of my favorite podcast juuust as I finished everything else I needed to do. Time to sit back and watch these two perfectly replicate the dynamic of my dad and his best friend of 40 years despite these two not having nearly that many years together. (Hopefully, someday, they might.)

As someone who still masks because Iâm vulnerable, yeah 100% before the pandemic if people were sick around me I didnât really think about it, & didnât always get sick from them (Iâm sure thatâs the case for a lot of people). I think Covid being SO extremely contagious (and way more dangerous) is what shifted our perception. Maybe not everyoneâs though, because I see people unmasked open-mouthed hacking up a lung pretty often tbh đ”âđ« hence why I mask. Covid also fucks with the immune system, making people become sick with other things more often after theyâve had it. So people might be increasingly wary about having gotten sick more easily the past few years, even if they donât understand why. For example, the 2022 spike in RSV in young children has been directly linked to having previous Covid infections. RSV is still seemingly worse than before the pandemic, but official data reporting is at 2022 right now (I work with this data).
The Ash coma theory is such a throwback. Next we'll be reviving lavender town syndrome.

sometimes itâs just a static photo of the person and an audio track you can listen to where an actor pretends to be the person telling you part of their life story
its always really nice when you talk about ADHD meds because I only got diagnosed like a year ago and got the go ahead to get on medication. I got put on Adderall and when it gave me weird side effects I felt like I didn't have ADHD and there were a whole lot of weird emotions attached because of it being the first one to try and the jitteriness it gave me. Hearing that it also wasn't a fit for other people makes me genuinely want to try to find other medication that can work for me, thank you!
