I’m in Dubai and the gold welcome gift was a little mirror and 2 lipsticks. The mini perfume set looks so nice. We dont get promo codes either.
The Seasonal Platinum gift caught me by surprise, I found out I had one waiting for me today. You are right if you don't get the Privée line items you don't get it... However try to login to your account online and see if its in your basket that way you can just check out and have it sent to your address x
I was always a Dior addict. They have the best packaging and service imo. Unfortunately, i could tell that Dior Malaysia Loyalty Program aint as generous compared to the US and UK. We don't get as much freebies 🗿

I got a similar gift for gold but all my doors had different versions of jador which was nice I really wanted that one 😍 my silver was the same as you and my platinum is a make up case or brushes and still waiting for it to arrive 😍😍 your notebooks are so beautiful I hope the birthday gift is good this year I have yet to experience that with Dior I’m kind of excited 😍☺️

@Home with Aziza The service is now rubbish - honestly! Since COVID, think they must have lost all their fantastic experienced SAs, so now they have horrible inexperienced, young and not committed to customer service SAs. There is so much emphasis on fake freebie influencers and SAs treating their buddies, rather than customers. I received a couple of promo codes last month via email, they wouldnt work, so I contacted Dior. It's been over a month, with no response, I've chased up but no luck. The one month to use the promo code has now expired! It's customers who actually spend money with Dior that are bring treated the worst!

These codes never work for Europe customers, such a bummer. No loyalty program either(UK only) Have no idea why we are excluded from all the goodies😢

What happens if you return an item you end up not liking, but want to keep the complimentary gifts/freebies? Would they not issue your refund or is it okay to keep?
I believe, samples you can keep but gift with purchase- you have to return x

You can only link it with your account by purchasing in store with a Dior only sales assistant not online unfortunately
No we dont get 5 and 6 gifts in america with codes lol. Not online. You cant even double them lol. Also we dont have alot of stores at all that give us all the things you can get instore.
I’ve seen so many TikTok’s with people from American sharing their freebies through codes from purchases online. If Dior have freebie offers you can stack a code on top to get more freebies.
@@HomewithAziza yes but we can’t stack codes. Freebies are just the same they always give and even you can get as samples free from department stores. It’s not special gifts
