When I discover the answer to this, I’m going to eat this world up!! My best suggestion for now would be go to a few thrift stores and find some blank ones, BC if you can find them you’ll know exactly what your inventory count is and it’s definitely going to be cheaper than whatever company you’re going to eventually find. Therefore, low overhead/production costs so you’ll be able to either sell it for more and keep most of the profit OR you can sell it lower which will incentivize the sale. My Cricut needle isn’t cutting thru on my iron on vinyl for T-shirt’s but it’ll cut thru the vinyl for car decals and stuff. Am I using the wrong setting? Is my needle too dull? I put it on iron on and used the custom setting and did vinyl iron on and still didn’t cut all the way thru.
I just got my Cricut and had the same issue. It would cut through cardstock but not vinyl. So, to fix the issue, I chose cardstock although I was using heat transfer vinyl. Worked perfectly!

Have you made sure it’s on all the way? In my experience even with glitter if it’s not pressed all the way or settled it can peel Next time you do it with the protective sheet (that comes on the vinyl) press it at the same temp (around 350°f - 365°f) and do it for at least 15-20 minutes (MAKE SURE ITS LOCKED IN PLACE!!) Then after you finish take the protective sheet off and press it for another 10 seconds :)
YES!!!-But You will have to PRESS IT (iron) MORE TIMES & PRESS DOWN ON THE IRON WITH AS MUCH FORCE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN WHILE IRONING -what I mean by that is if you notice in the video he says he only use the Heat-Press for a total of about 25-30-seconds, with an Iron it's going to be a TOTAL.of 3-5 minutes stretched out between 3-5 pressings(depending on the thickness of the fabric) ALSO you wanna put as much Force on the Iron as Possible while ironing--I hope that make sense to you-lol I can simplify but would have to wait till my Meds ware off-lol...
It’s more so becomes another layer, but there is types of vinyl that offer a DTG type feel. For washing instructions I washed in cold water and hang dry.

Honestly I’ve used a iron before. It usually will only work with smaller designs. Just make sure it melts the vinyl enough when you do it !
