Hello Ermac Hotaru this is Russell from BANGLADESH 🇧🇩. Your valuable comment is really surprising for me because I didn't know that a native can't talk English fluently. Would you please like to say anything to me. Because this is first time to comment a foreigner & it's very much delightful for me. Thank you. I will be waiting eagerly.

the point aren't the questions, which might be just the same ones as the B1 preliminary, but the answers. It's obvious that on B1 they don't require compless answers with a wide range of vocabulary, but on C1 the examiners are definirely looking for better answers, where you speak fluently, have a good pronunciation, say many things and have a wide range of vocabulary.

I’m like you, I have a good mastery of English, however I’m socially anxious. I do think that being able to actually speak to people in the language is part of your fluency. What use is a language if you’re not going to communicate in it? Work on your social anxiety by pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and speaking to more people in your native tongue and then use that to get comfortable doing the same in the language you’re studying.

Gotta give him credit for the try and the fact that he still gets the message across but I'd say his English speaking skills falls somewhere closer to the B2 range than the C1. Perhaps it has to do with the fact
that he was slightly nervous and therefore a handicap when speaking but at an advanced level even when you're nervous you can still manage to communicate a bit more effectively than he did unless you're being asked complex questions that you may find it difficult to word even in your mother tongue. But he was asked very straightforward questions.
