My honor Magic 5 lite dual sim broke, it's not 1 year old, I want to fix it but I can't find a part, can you tell me where the complete screen is, or do you have an official store to fix it?

Although my x9b is only three months old((No root, Never droped or No physical damage)), the authorized service center ((Located Debangan Niwas, 109/1, Barrackpore Trunk Road, Baranagar, West Bengal - 700108)) declined to perform the repair due to citing an unavailability of spare parts as on 03.09.2024 afternoon. This situation reflects poorly on both the warranty service and the center's ability to fulfill its commitments." My personal suggestion : if you don't have spare parts of honor x9b you should replace the under warranty smartphone with another new x9b smartphone. Thank you.
