Oh, come on. Part 1 and now part 2 do not have captions. Bravo. Way to cut off the hearing impaired. I, personally, have a cochlear implant, so all of my hearing is in memory. Just having captions on a music video means my brain can translate the random noises I hear to actual words and sounds. Usually, this is a CZcams extra, but if you don't insist, SO many people can't enjoy these stories.
Was Taylor Swift not still country in in 2016? Even if she had changed buy this time, I wonder why she was not in this.
That was most likely the case. She had released "1989" a couple years prior to this video coming out as her transition to full time pop star, which I think she wanted to do for a long time. It was also around this time that her heavily publicized feud with Kanye had reached its peak due to a certain disagreement about one of his songs making her "famous". If I remember correctly, that feud and its subject matter lead to her next album "Reputation". Combine those 2 events, and it would be easy to see why she was not involved in the making of this video. Hopefully that helps explain her absence
And glorifying Urban for mangling a word is not good. I don't care that he has an accent, This isn't a word, it's a name. Would you be happy if he mangled your name, just because of his accent?
