Banded mongoose breaking snail shell using a rock.

Amazing to watch this Banded mongoose throwing an African land snail between its legs and into a rock to crack the shell and expose the edible parts. Rocks are few and far between in St Lucia so the group carried the snails a far distance to the rock to commence the cracking. Seems like a well known spot for them.
