Hi there! When you place this template in a shared location, all team members will have access to the same template and display all the tasks. However, the monthly task lists are filterable, allowing team members to filter their own tasks. Hope this helps. Thanks for your interest!

Hi there! In our Excel templates for additional rows, there you find (+) signs. However, in our Google Sheets versions, these additional fields are already open by default. The full version of these templates supports up to 2000 tasks. Hope this helps.

Hi there! You can add two people's names together in one row in the Team Members table if you want to assign a task to two people. Theni you can choose them together for the job. Hope this helps!

@@SomekaNetThank you for replying. What I am looking for is for a way to select more than one option with no manual input. If there is a team of 10 or more people and the pairings are at random, is there a way to create a list where you can select the teammates from a predetermined list?
