I'm excited to share a part of my new summer-themed project - a commissioned paper floral arrangement in warm and vibrant colors. In this video, I start by creating paper cherries and wheat and I will build around these with more summer botanicals. 🍒🌾
We filmed the opening footage in a wheat field at sunrise, just days before harvest. The golden hues in the soft morning light are truly magical! ✨

Oh my goodness Manuela this is a piece of quilling wizardry. Wheat ears, while a humble and ubiquitous grain has a complex structure and you capture it perfectly with the tiny strips and expert shaping. How clever to tuck the long tails inside! And those cherries look good enough to eat! Did you seal the inside of the cherry halves with glue, they looked shiny on the inside? And again the little dimple on the top is perfect. Your patience with serrating the leaves too was astonishing. You really are a master of your craft. Just wonderful ❤😘
